Mary has over 30 years of experience helping clients with large scale transformations stemming from M&A, restructuring and strategic shifts.

In addition to her consulting experiences, Mary held a variety of leadership roles including Global Leader, M&A, Willis Towers Watson and Global Leader, Integrated Solutions at Korn Ferry. She also has corporate experience including serving as the Chief People Officer at a specialty pharmaceutical company.

Prior to beginning her consulting career, Mary was a tenured Associate Professor of Management at Susquehanna University. She recently returned to academia as Clinical Associate Professor of Organizational Consulting in the MS Executive Coaching & Organization Consulting (ECOC) program at New York University.  

In March 2024, her book The consultant’s compass: Navigating success with courage, curiosity and compassion was published by Forbes Books.  Since its publication, Mary has been an invited speaker to a variety of organizations including professional service firms, universities, and expat organizations. Over the course of her career, Mary has facilitated dozens of workshops for leaders on the process of facilitating change.

Mary publishes articles on a range of workplace topics in professional and peer-reviewed journals. Mary has been featured in a variety of media outlets and is a frequent keynote speaker and presenter at professional conferences.

She holds a PhD in Psychology from Penn State University.
